A Little Bit About Your Lawyer

My name is Marianne Gilbert and I am a Criminal Defense Attorney. I have two doctorates. I received my Juris Doctor from Willamette University College of Law in 1988 and I passed the California State Bar that same year on my first attempt. Since then, I have remained an attorney with good standing with the California State Bar and I have been practicing law for 28 years, primarily in Kings County, but handle criminal cases throughout the state of California.

As well as my private practice, I am also the contract administrator for the Defense of the Accused contracts in Kings County. Currently I administrate 22 lawyers' contracts and their assignments for the County of Kings.
